What to Expect at Simonton Pets
We believe that your pets are members of the family too. Our goal is to provide the highest level of veterinary care for your pet. Our welcoming Customer Service Representatives will invite you and your pet into our cozy veterinary clinic with open arms. Once in an exam room, the doctors and technicians will keep you included every step of the way. We hope you will walk away feeling comfortable and satisfied not only with the information given, but also the compassion and attention shown towards your pet!
SCHEDULING A VETERINARY APPOINTMENT
Do you need an appointment for your pet? Whether it is for wellness care or for a serious medical condition, we work very hard to make your appointment experience as easy and smooth as possible. When you arrive for your appointment, you will be greeted by our front desk staff. We have two very large exam rooms that you will be shown into as quickly as possible. A technician will then check in your pet and discuss a brief medical history with you. Your doctor for the appointment will then come in and discuss your pet with you and do a complete physical exam. The doctor will discuss any findings with you and discuss any medications or vaccinations that your pet may need and give you ample time to ask questions. Once a treatment plan is agreed upon, the doctor will walk you through the recommended therapy. You are always welcome to ask questions! Our goal is to make you feel at home in our hospital.
How To Schedule an Appointment
We always enjoy hearing from you directly! Feel free to give us a call at (281) 533-9663, and one of our caring team members will be there to answer any questions you may have or set up an appointment for you.
HOURS OF OPERATION
Monday - Friday: 8am - 6pm
Saturday: 8am - 12pm
Emergencies happen and when they do we are here to help. Emergencies are accepted during our normal business hours on a daily basis. Just come straight to us or call en route and we will be happy to assist you. Your pet will be triaged at arrival and a plan will be determined. Most emergencies are treated in house but some are so serious that they have to be stabilized and then transferred to a specialty referral center. We can help you through this process.
We do require payment at the time of services. We gladly accept cash, checks, and the following credit cards: American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa.
We also work with numerous different pet insurance companies to help ease your financial cost. Ask us how pet insurance works and which companies we recommend at your first visit!
